“ This restaurant is literally a hidden gem in Dixon, California. Friends and I were searching for a restaurant that would accommodate a last minute party of 9 to unwind, this place was it. We were only about 15 minutes away from the restaurant and the staff that answered the phone promptly put tables together ready for our arrival. We ordered several things off the menu and shared family style amongst our friends. Duck Fried Rice and Eggplant Tempura were my favorite dishes of the night. Don't forget to check-in on Yelp! Complimentary Green Iced Tea was pretty fire also. While the food was delicious, star of the show were the staff. Their friendly service left an everlasting impression. 10/10 recommended and will definitely visit if I am in the area! ”
“ I was in Dixon working at another office for the day and didn't bring a lunch. I took a quick scroll through Yelp and saw the awesome reviews for Vanda Orchid Thai Bistro and decided to place an order. I ordered the crispy chicken fried rice and boy did it not disappoint! It was a Thai fried rice topped with fried chicken and paired with lemon sauce and sweet chili sauce. I have to say it is the BEST lemon chicken that I've ever had (and I literally order this from every Thai restaurant that offers it). The chicken was so plump and moist with a light crispy batter and there was a ton of it! By the time I took home the leftovers it didn't even look like I ate any. My only complaint is that there wasn't more of the lemon sauce. Next time I'll ask for double lemon sauce instead of the sweet chili sauce. ”
“ I was a bit skeptical initially, but I can see why this place got their high ratings. Wouldn't say it's the best Thai food I've had but it's pretty good if you need a decent meal in the area. Service was excellent. The staff is extremely nice. Got a free Thai tea/Thai green tea with yelp check in and they comped a dessert for our friends who were getting married. Had the Tom yum soup, fried eggplant, and duck fried rice. All were delicious! Would revisit if I'm in the area. ”

“ Best Thai place around town! There is parking in plaza. If you're going on a warm day, it will be warm inside. There's ceiling fans, but not sure if there's AC. As for the food, super yummy. Ordered Thai tea, pad thai and red curry which arrived quickly. The staff was helpful and checked in to make sure everything is over. My friends curry reminds her of similar curry place in San Francisco. Thai tea has the right amount of flavor. The noodles for the pad Thai were really delicious, still a bit chewy and not clumping together. The curry had a lot of flavor and filled with a lot of vegetables! ”
